Couples are best when they start to caress

I fancied a change to my commute today so I took an oldie but a goodie to work with me. Barafundle, Gorky's Zygotic Mynci's breakthrough album is ace. There is less madness on the synths and psychedelia than their stuff on the Welsh indie label Ankst but follows an Incredible String Band, Nick Drake, Fairport Convention line of tradition in its folky roots but still with unusual, unpredictable bits, especially in the second half's stomper Meirion Wyllt.

This band probably could have been incredibly huge were it not for the daft name, which they themselves said they would have changed had they known how big they would become.
