If I weren't marking SATs practice stuff, I would be even more chuffed that Firefox 3 is really fast and just better generally.
I also upgraded two out of three of the schools' SMART Boards to Notebook 10. When I installed it on my laptop I was really impressed by the new tools: shape pen draws your rough shapes straight, which is useful for clumsy people like me, and magic pen is a nice spotlight/zoom. Not to mention the new bells and whistles in the gallery and lesson toolkit.
When I installed it at school, it wasn't as straightforward as last time I upgraded the software. Make sure you install the new drivers which for most people will be for the 600 series, I guess (if you have a front-projected board).

How do you install it on your laptop. I make alot of my lessons at home, but don't have the notebook 10, so I have the old program.
ReplyDeleteYou need the product key to install it. You can grab the file off the SMARTBoard site though.
